A communication campaign for the "How are you?" program is launched for Ukrainians

According to a recent survey, 70% of Ukrainians say they feel stressed or very nervous. However, only 2% seek psychological help. The reason for such a small percentage of appeals is that there is no time to think about your mental well-being because of the war. And why do I need a psychologist, I can cope on my own.
But each of us must understand that our mental health is invisible, but it needs the same support as our physical health: pain treatment, therapy for disorders. Pain is definitely not something to be ashamed of or to hide. Talking about it and seeking help is not only the right thing to do, but also the responsible thing to do for yourself and those around you.

The projects implemented and supported by the CO "Communities Revival" in Kharkiv and Bucha are part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "Are You OK?" under the patronage of First Lady Olena Zelenska.

Today, the communication campaign of the program "How are you?" is launched for Ukrainians.
