Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk visits Bucha Psychological Assistance Center
On March 15, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk visited the Bucha Psychological Assistance Center, which provides psychosocial support as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program under the patronage of First Lady Olena Zelenska.
A year ago, Ms. Vereshchuk announced evacuation corridors that saved many people, and today, the audience repeatedly recalled how they were waiting for news of safe evacuation from Ms. Vereshchuk.
Ms. Iryna Vereshchuk thanked the local authorities and all donors who support this institution and expressed special gratitude to the staff of the Center, who faithfully performs hard and important work. The head of the Center Natalia Zaretska introduced the guests to the work of the Center and the development of the system of psychological services in de-occupied communities.
As part of its activities, the CO “Communities Revival” is involved in supporting the Center.
